To enrol into units at St Cyril‘s, please complete the following Enrolment Form. You may only enrol into units after your application for admission has been accepted and you have been given a student number (the only exception is if you are an audit student). Before enrolling please familiarise yourself with our unit offerings/timetable and tuition schedule. Once received, you will be contacted via email to arrange payment and complete the enrolment. If you have any questions or concerns please contact our registrar.

Unit Selection 2024:

1. Please ensure you are familiar with St Cyril's tuition fees.

2. Please select at least one unit from the following. If you are an Dip Christian Studies or Bachelor of Theology student please ensure you select only "Undergraduate" units. If you are an Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diplioma, or Masters student, please ensure you select only "Postgraduate" units.

3. Please ensure you select either the campus or online/distance mode of the unit (where both are available).

4. Mandatory Online Attendance: In order to ensure high quality teaching and student satisfaction, please note that if you are studying online and are in a compatible time-zone, then there is a mandatory requirement of 80% attendance of either attending in person, or attending live "virtually" via Zoom. Please note this will form a pass/fail requirement for all units (unless the lectures are pre-recorded).

Payment of Tuition Fees

Tuition fees are required before each semester begins. Based on your selection once your Enrolment Form is submitted you will be contacted by the registrar for payment.

Withdrawal and Refund

ENROLMENT DATES:
Students are responsible for applying and enrolling - as well as making changes - before the enrolment cut-off date; see the Academic Calendar for the Key Dates. The application and enrolment process is not complete until payment/Fee-HELP is complete. As such all students (especially new students) should enrol well in advance of this date. Please note the following Late Enrolment fees apply:

After Enrolment Closing Date – $50 AUD
After Semester Commencement – $100 AUD

CENSUS DATES:
Students may withdraw from a unit without financial penalty or academic penalty only if notice of withdrawal is submitted in writing to the Registrar before 4:00 pm on the Census Date of the relevant semester; see the Academic Calendar for the Key Dates. If notice of withdrawal is submitted before this date, a full refund of fees may be requested. See the Sydney College of Divinity Refund Policy for further details. The following withdrawal fees apply:

Withdrawal up to Enrolment Cut-Off – no fee
After Enrolment Cut-Off and up to the Census Date – $150 AUD
After Census Date – Nil refund plus ‘fail‘ grade on transcript.

If St Cyril's defaults in delivery of subjects or courses the arrangements set out in the Sydney College of Divinity Refund Policy apply.

Sydney College of Divinity (SCD) and its Member Institutions require the information requested of you in this form in order to provide you with education services and to cater for particular student‘s needs. If you do not provide all the relevant information, we may not be able to provide such services and to assess your academic progress.
Please also note that the SCD and its Member Institutions may provide your personal information and sensitive information to third parties (eg educational institutions such as universities, colleges and accreditation bodies and Australian government bodies such as TEQSA, Centrelink and the Department of Immigration and Border Protection, Tuition Protection Service, ESOS Assurance Fund Manager, Graduate Careers Australia, Insync Surveys PL) in order to provide you with high quality education services and assess your academic progress or suitability.
