    The College Council meets every two months to discuss strategic planning, policy direction and innovation, and governance of the College.     The Finance Board meets every two months to discuss budgeting, financial matters, day to day financial operations, and reporting to the College Council. All accounts are prepared by the Treasurer and are then dealt with externally through an independent financial firm as allocated by the Accounting Division of the Diocese of Sydney.
