Before applying please familiarise yourself with St Cyril’s degree offerings<\/a> and tuition fees<\/a>. Please ensure you are familiar with Enrolment Cut-Off and Census Dates below; see the Key Dates in the Academic Calendar<\/a>. For any queries or requests for further information please do not hesitate to email our registrar<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Prospective New Coursework Students<\/strong> <\/div>\n
Application Process:<\/h5>\n

  1. Complete the online Application for Admission<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Once received, you will be contacted for face to face or phone interview<\/li>\n
  3. If your application is successful, you will be emailed with a student number<\/li>\n
  4. Complete the online Enrolment Form<\/a> using the student number<\/li>\n
  5. Once received, you will be contacted for payment options\/Fee-HELP<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Please ensure all requisite documentation is complete, otherwise your application will not be considered. The interview is to confirm eligibility as well as discuss future study options. Overseas students who wish to be residents in Australia whilst taking units should note that St Cyril\u2018s is approved under the AUCD CRICOS.<\/p>\n

    Prospective New Higher Degree Research Students<\/strong> \u00a0<\/div>\n
    Application Process for MPhil, DMin, PhD, ThD:<\/h5>\n
      \n
    1. Note: \u00a0<\/strong><\/em>Application and enrolment for higher research awards is made directly<\/strong> through the Office of the Dean of the Australian University College of Divinity.<\/li>\n
    2. Please first contact the\u00a0Research Director<\/a> (jimh@aucd.edu.au) in the Office of the Dean (AUCD).<\/li>\n
    3. You will need to complete an\u00a0Application for Admission\u00a0<\/a>and\u00a0supplementary application form\u00a0<\/a>in which you provide an outline of your proposed thesis.<\/li>\n
    4. If your application is successful, potential supervisors from St Cyril\u2018s may be contacted.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Overseas students who wish to be residents in Australia whilst taking units should note that St Cyril\u2018s is approved under the AUCD CRICOS.<\/p>\n

      Continuing St Cyril’s Courswork Students<\/b><\/div>\n
      Re-Enrolment Process:<\/h5>\n

      1. Complete the online Enrolment Form<\/a> using your student number<\/li>\n
      2. Once received, you will be contacted for payment options\/Fee-HELP<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        The online Enrolment Form and payment must be made before the “Last day for Enrolment,” see the Academic Calendar<\/a> for dates. If you have any concerns please contact our registrar<\/a> immediately.<\/p>\n

        St Cyril’s Students wanting to take units at Macquarie University<\/b><\/div>\n
        Enrollment Process:<\/h5>\n
          \n
        1. Complete the online Enrolment Form<\/a>\u00a0(if you are a new St Cyril’s student you will also need to complete the Application for Admission<\/a>\u00a0if you have not done so already) using your student number – this will notify St Cyril’s that you will be taking a unit at MQ. You will not be charged any fees by St Cyrils; this is purely a process of notification.<\/li>\n
        2. You will then have to enrol in the particular units via Maquarie University directly. Instructions of enrolment can be found at the bottom of the MQ Coptic Studies<\/a> page. If you have any issues with the MQ enrollment please contact \u00a0danijel.dzino@mq.edu.au<\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0malcolm.choat@mq.edu.au<\/a>.<\/li>\n
        3. Once you have completed and successfully passed the unit at MQ, please contact our registrar<\/a>\u00a0to have it accredited towards your St Cyril’s degree.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Macquarie University Students wanting to take units at St Cyrils \u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n

          MQ students may apply to St Cyril’s via \u00a0the online Application for Admission<\/a> \u00a0<\/em>and Enrolment Form<\/a><\/em>\u00a0as per “new perspective students” above. Please ensure that the option under “courses” is marked as “MQ Coptic Studies Enrolment.”<\/p>\n

          Cross-Institutional Enrolments<\/b><\/div>\n

          Cross-Institutional enrolments (i.e. students at another university\/institution wishing to take one or more units at St Cyril’s) may be made via the online Application for Admission<\/a><\/em>\u00a0and Enrolment Form<\/a><\/em> as per “new perspective students” above. Please ensure that the option under “courses” is marked as “Cross-Institutional Enrolment.”<\/p>\n

          Audit Students<\/b><\/div>\n

          Audit Students (non-award)\u00a0<\/strong>may apply to St Cyril’s \u00a0via the online Enrolment Form<\/a><\/em>. Please ensure that “Audit Student” is checked on the form, and leave the student number blank. Once received, you will be contacted for payment options.<\/p>\n

          Important Dates<\/strong><\/div><\/h5>\n
          Enrolment Dates:<\/h5>\n

          Students are responsible for applying and enrolling before enrolment cut-off date. See the Academic Calendar<\/a> for the Key Dates. The application and enrolment process is not complete until payment\/Fee-HELP is complete. As such all students (especially new students) should enrol well in advance of this date. Please note the following Late Enrolment\u00a0fees<\/em> apply:<\/p>\n
