St Cyril’s is thrilled to be hosting Archpriest Chad Hatfield, President of St Vladimir’s Seminary on Thursday evening, 13 February 2020 for our Summer Lecture. It is open to the public, faculty, and students and will be held at our new campus in Carlton. Fr Chad will also officially launch the new book by SVS Press, A SILENT PATRIARCH: Kyrillos VI (1902–1971), by our Dean Fr Daniel Fanous.
Refreshments will follow the lecture. Note: Tickets are limited, and admission is on a first in-first served basis.
St Cyril’s Summer Lecture: “Orthodox Mission in the 21st Century West”
Archpriest Chad Hatfield is the President of St. Vladimir’s Seminary. Father Chad is an exceptional lecturer and has served in missions in South Africa, Guatemala and Alaska, as well as domestically throughout the United States. At St Vladimir’s, he regularly teaches courses on Mission & Evangelism; Creating and Sustaining a Healthy Parish; Orthodoxy in the Third World, and Evangelisation and the Orthodox Church.
