Curriculum Objectives
This Course Unit is a continuation of A7110 Introduction to Biblical Hebrew. It consolidates and builds on students‘ knowledge of Biblical Hebrew, enabling them to translate Hebrew Biblical texts.
Learning Outcomes
At the end of this unit students will be able to:
1) Expand their memorized Hebrew vocabulary.
2) Recognize more advanced Biblical Hebrew grammar and syntax.
3) Translate, parse and analyse more complex Biblical Hebrew.
4) Use Biblical Hebrew dictionaries and concordances with greater facility.
5) Read critical exegetical commentaries on biblical Hebrew texts with greater facility.
